Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to one-time sermon pass pack purchases made through Lemon Squeezy. Purchases are final unless there is a material service failure or applicable law requires otherwise. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

General policy

Kleyn Studio (Pty) Ltd. does not offer a blanket refund guarantee for sermon pass pack purchases. Refunds are evaluated individually based on the circumstances of the purchase and the extent to which passes have already been used.

Factors we may consider

When reviewing a request, we may consider timing, whether sermon passes or paid features were consumed, whether the request relates to duplicate or accidental charges, whether there was a material service failure, and whether local law requires a different outcome.

  • Passes that have not been used (no activations consumed) are more likely to be considered for a refund.
  • Passes that have already been used or substantially consumed are less likely to be refundable.
  • Administrative, abuse-prevention, or compliance concerns may affect eligibility.

How purchases work

Sermon passes are sold as one-time packs through Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. After purchase, Lemon Squeezy emails your license key. You enter this key in the app to add passes to your browser.

Passes never expire and are stored locally in your browser. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or account-backed storage.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to [email protected]. Include the purchase details, the reason for the request, the relevant account or organization information, and any supporting context needed to review the issue.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protections or statutory rights available under the laws of the Republic of South Africa or your place of residence.
