This policy applies to information you provide directly, information stored in your browser when you use the free tier, and information sent through the application's server-side routes when you use AI-powered transcription, clip analysis, or related features.
Depending on how you use the product, this may include uploaded sermon media, subtitle files, transcript content, glossary terms, clip edits, export settings, and related support communications.
The current free experience is designed to run browser-local. Projects, usage counters, and related editing state may remain in your browser storage on that device until you delete them, clear browser data, or lose access to that environment.
Because this information is local to the browser, deleting browser data can remove your free-tier project library and related assets.
When you use auto-transcription, clip analysis, metadata generation, or transcript realignment, content is sent through the app's API routes to OpenAI-backed services described in the repository. That processing may include audio, transcript text, glossary terms, and clip excerpts needed to produce results.
Do not submit material unless you have the right to process it and you are comfortable with the use of external AI and infrastructure providers for those requested features.
Paid sermon passes are purchased as one-time packs through Lemon Squeezy. Purchases are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. Your license key is emailed to you by Lemon Squeezy after purchase.
We do not store payment details. We receive only the license key validation result when you enter a key in the app. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to any purchase information they collect.
We may use information to operate the product, generate transcripts and clip suggestions, maintain or improve the service, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about support or product changes.
We may share information with infrastructure, AI, analytics, storage, hosting, payment, or support vendors as needed to run the product. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or sale.
